Launched at the end of 2015, TrocWine, the first website exclusively dedicated to the exchange of wines and spirits, settled into the wine landscape and continued its growth.
"We wanted to offer an alternative to buying in wine consumption and collection and we succeeded," says Arthur Tutin, founder of TrocWine.
With TrocWiners throughout France and several tens of thousands of euros of wine in the online exchange, the swapper website wants to continue to develop a permanent solution for all the amateurs who could not afford the Wines of their desires. "We always have the same philosophy: to return to the fundamentals of wine and its notion of sharing. Today, we are very happy to be able to give our members the chance to get a Château Mouton Rothschild or a Musigny without having to spend a cent, "adds Arthur Tutin.
In March 2016, ServeBox entered the capital of TrocWine to promote its development by guiding its innovative idea through the market: "A first partner investor that allowed us to multiply experiences around our concept and our targets, especially on Wine parlors like the Vinocamp. "Servebox produces web and software solutions for its customers and partners, as well as all the resources to launch them on the market.
In an ecosystem and a promising market, the one of startups and wine, TrocWine pursues its will to mark the spirits by being at the initiative of La WineTech with the startup Vinexplore. WineTech is a collective whose primary mission is to reconcile the general public closer to wine by proposing new services facilitating the discovery, choice, consumption or purchase of wine. "Vincent Chevrier (founder of Vinexplore) and the current members wanted to create an identity for all the rising startups of wine in France, to demonstrate that the wine had successfully taken up the challenge of digital," added Arthur Tutin.
With more than twenty members such as Vinoga, Wine Republik, Les Grappes or Wine Advisor, WineTech's ambition is to become an emblem for wine on the web, as does TrocWine.
